Mushoku Tensei's ending is a generational fade

So, I just finished reading all the Redundancy volume of Mushoku Tensei. And my thoughts are. Well, if you already read the WN version. You missed nothing. It’s pretty much the same thing, just better written. And if you haven’t read the WN as improbable as it is. I’ll spoil it a little bit for you.

The first redundancy volume contain…

Norn got married.

Lucie goes to school.

Isolde got married. After that.

We go back to the beast village and Ghislaine finally fixes her relationship with her family. The next one is filled with his journey to Milis to finally fix their familial relationship with Lateria family. And lastly, there was Ars forbidden relationship with Aisha.

Which i'm sure all of you have heard of at least.

Anyway, instead of that. What i wanted to talk about is something else. And that is, the amount of congratulatory words from various famous authors. Here some of them.

Mushoku tensei may not the first nor the best at using``isekai`` as its main theme, but it is definitely one of the most influential series for this trends that still going strong even almost a decade later. Defeating the powerhouse of school battle harem of the previous generation.

I feel i can say for quite a lot of certainty that. Mushoku Tensei has been responsible for the creation a lot of series that we all know today.

Even you don't like it, you can't deny the power it has. A power that carried a whole generation of authors and stories into a new era.

And era that now too, starting to wane.. Exactly when it finally ended too.

Villainess Correction Program is more than I thought it was

Villainess correction program, or Akujo Kyosei Keikaku is a manga I read because I thought the title was funny. I mean, Uwooooooghhhh correction!!!

Honestly, i expect something like light hearted average villainess stories that you can find anywhere. But… the story is actually more than that.

For once, the main protagonist isn't not female. Or so we thought anyway.

The manga started when Arvel Phenix. A scumbag of human being, was killed by his former fiance and loopback to when he was 12.

The day when Seraphina come to his house. Which at this time, still his brother's fiance. Which also the villainess who conquer the kingdom and have everyone under her thumbs in his previous life.

The start is as I expected. He met the young villainess, found out she has been abused for not having magic, and he plans to make her stay a good girl by showering her with a lot of love together with his brother.

She was so cute I just wanted to aggressively give her lots and lots of head pats and their interactions are so wholesome I just can’t stop smiling. His plan to keep her from turning into villainess seems to be working. His plan is nothing but smooth sailing.

Too smooth even. Suspiciously.

Right now, she is just a cute girl with a bit of selfish personality. Nothing to fuss about.

But a strange thing happened. The talk around it (the series) is no what i expected. Many said it was “NOT WHAT YOU THINK”. So, with so much curiosity in mind. I go ahead and read the web novel. And god!

I won’t spoil you but I will tell you this. It's a tragedy, it's a fkken tragic romance.

Damnnnn!! I cried too many times. So much suffering, so much pain, so much sadness. This is a tale of love failed to bloom that spans across time and space that worth losing your sleep over.
